Ordering process For ND,MD,CD & establishemnts

Authorized users receive login credentials:

• National Distributor (ND)
• Master Distributor (MD) 
• City Distributor (CD) 
• Pharmacies / Clinics / Hospitals / Establishments
   

Steps:

1. Visit store.pharmadistributors.com 
2. Log in using the username & password sent to your registered email. 
3. System verifies your access and shows the correct menu based on your role.

After login, click Shop to view:

• Item Name 
• Generic / Brand 
• Strength 
• Category 
• Price 
• Packaging 

Access to product pages is strictly for authorized ND/MD/CD/Establishments only.

You may search by:

• Product Name 
• SKU Code ex: AMB05, RA30 etc
• Category (Medicine / Food Supplement / Cosmetics)
• Alphabetical A–Z listing (recommended by pharmacists)

1. Select an item 
2. Input the quantity
3. Click Add to Cart
    

If establishments prefer:

1. Download the Order Form from the website 
2. Fill in quantities
3. Upload the form OR send it to your CD/MD
4. Distributor can consolidates all orders received from the establishments and place order with their shipping address.

Before finalizing:

• Review items in your cart
• Adjust quantities
• Confirm total amount

Once confirmed, click Place Order.

Provide:

• Pharmacy/Establishment name
• Complete delivery address
• Contact number 
• Preferred delivery window
• Special Instruction

You will receive:

• Email acknowledgment
• Order number 
• Summary of items 

ND/MD/CD will also be notified for monitoring and consolidation.

Once your order is placed:

The Pharmadistributors.com backend team checks:

• Stock availability
• Incoming supplier replenishments
• Alternative SKUs (if needed)
   

We will notify the appropriate party:

• ND
• MD 
• CD 
• Establishment

The notification includes:

• Items available
• Items for confirmation
• Expected dispatch date
   

Once availability is verified:

• The backend team confirms the order
• Proceeds to dispatch preparation

Warehouse team prepares the shipment:

• Checks expiry 
• Checks lot number 
• Ensures correct quantity
   

Items are dispatched via:

• Partner courier
• Distributor delivery team
• Company logistics (for bulk orders)
   

Once shipped:

• Tracking number / delivery reference code is emailed
• The CD/MD/ND/Establishment receives full delivery details
• Status updates will be shared when available
   

D. Upon delivery:

1. Inspect the items 
2. Check quantities 
3. Review expiry dates 
4. Sign Delivery Receipt (DR)
    

Any discrepancies can be reported to support.

Invoicing depends on your category:

• Establishments → Pay LKPC through brank transfer on COD terms. 
• CDs → Collect the PDC's, if pyament terms on 15 or 3 days.
   

Payment follows your contract terms.
